Do I need technical skills?
No. Upload a spreadsheet, plug in your email account, and ReplyFlow handles personalization, sending, and reply monitoring.
What email providers work?
Gmail (via OAuth) and any custom SMTP. Emails come from your real domain so deliverability is yours, not ours.
How does AI intent analysis work?
Every reply is sent through Groq's LLM, which classifies intent (interested / question / neutral / not interested) and sentiment. You see the label next to each reply.
Is this spam?
No. ReplyFlow is a B2B outreach tool. You bring opted-in lists, send through your own inbox, and we encourage compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Can I customize email templates?
Yes. Templates support placeholders like {{company_name}}; the AI rewrites each email to fit the recipient — never the same line twice.
What happens when a lead replies?
ReplyFlow updates the lead status, classifies the intent, optionally sends an auto-reply, and notifies you so you can take over.
How secure is my data?
Stored in Supabase (Postgres) with Row Level Security. SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest; tokens never leave the server.
Can I cancel anytime?
